As a first time land buyer, I really didn't know what the process would be like. Sharon's grounded demeanor and careful and prompt communication was such an asset! And because of her negotiation, we were able to settle on a price that was better than I could have anticipated. Our offer (unfortunately) happened to fall on a holiday; nevertheless, Sharon spent the whole day negotiating. I really appreciated that and felt it was above and beyond. Sharon was upfront about not having as much experience with raw land, but she really put in the time to make sure everything was squared away and that the lot was buildable.
